In 2018, we transitioned Business Computer Solutions (BCS) after 22 years of operation to Employee Ownership. This is now an exit that will no longer be as viable for entrepreneurs since the recent political meddling. Many future employee-owners will be worse off after this change. In 2026, BCS celebrated their 30th anniversary, a fact that fills me with pride.

My first book charts the business tools I needed to make the business financially and consistently good enough to survive without me.  It’s available on Amazon via this link:  Business Building Blocks.

Now, my big passion is my home area, the Isle of Thanet, and the constant identity struggle.  I travel extensively and get to see towns at home and abroad that seem to handle being a ‘tourist town’ better than we do. Check out my Insights section for a serialised manuscript I have been working on.
